Orders & Shipping
When I track my order, why does it show that tracking or a label has been created, but it has not been picked up?
Due to overwhelming demand across the country, shipping carriers have been unable to meet their pickup schedules. That means that your order was received by us, packed and is ready to be picked up. However, carriers have not had the resources to physically pick them up and scan them yet. We sincerely apologize for this delay. Please check your tracking number again in a day or two to track progress.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
How long will it take to get my order?
You can expect delivery of most items within 8-16 business days of your order.
What’s the status of my order?
You can follow the journey of your items with your tracking number. Check your email for a message with the subject line “A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way” and voila!
How much is shipping?
We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders! If you want to upgrade your shipping, it’s gonna cost you a little extra based on how fast you want your items and where you’re located.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over the world! Even better, all orders ship within 2 business days or less after ordering.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We’re super-fast when it comes to fulfilling orders, so if you need to make a change, let us know ASAP with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you find a good solution. If you’re just getting cold feet, hold on until you give us a try. You can always return your items for free within 30 days of purchase (but we think you’ll be a fan).
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations.
Note: While most items are shipped from our warehouse, certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer.

What’s your return policy?
Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. We offer a 30-day trial for all of our products, which means you have 30 days to try it out, live with it, and love it. If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund.

How do I make an exchange or return?
Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll get back to you with the return and exchange process. Be sure to include your order # and the issue in your message, so we can help you out quickly! You might need to snap a photo of the product for us, but we’ll let you know.
When can I expect my refund?
Hang tight! It can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We’ll send you an email as soon as we issue your refund, so keep an eye on your inbox.
The product I want is sold out, when is a restock coming?
If you're interested in a sold out product, sign up for our e-mail list and hold tight! We are a small self-funded company and try our best to keep up with demand.
I saw an item in one of your ads/commercials, but don't know what it's called. How can I find it?
If the item you're interested in is not shown in our featured collection, it may not currently be available on our website. Please know that we are working very hard to get these featured again soon. In the meantime, our selection does change daily and we continually add new and interesting products. We highly recommend that you check out our website on a frequent basis!
